Dear Secretary Lyons:

 

My apologies for directing this letter specifically to your attention; however, I was specifically instructed to do so by a member of your staff William Bordessa following a meeting with Mr. Bordessa, William Macey and two other staffers with the dairy control board of the California Department of Food and Agriculture on February 6, 2003. This meeting was also attended by a representative of Western United Dairymen. In addition, please accept my apologies for the tone of this correspondence; however, upon reading further I'm certain you'll understand my frustration shared by my organization and our growing coalition of concerned consumers and other non-profit groups.
